Terms of Service – Kanban Pomodoro

1) Acceptance

By using Kanban Pomodoro (“App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) Service Description

The App is a Kanban board with Pomodoro timer that runs 100% client-side, with no server API calls.
Local storage uses Sembast in your browser.
You can import/export tasks in JSON format.

3) Use and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter and for your imports/exports.
Make regular backups of your data (e.g., exporting JSON) to avoid loss.
Do not use the App for illegal, abusive, or rights-violating purposes.

4) Availability and Changes

The App is provided “as is”, may contain errors, and may be updated without notice. We may release new versions, features, and in the future, paid functionality. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

5) Intellectual Property

The name, brand, design, and other content of the App belong to the Kanban Pomodoro owner, except third-party content under their own licenses. If the code is released open source, use will be governed by the repository’s license. Brand and visual identity are not automatically licensed.

6) Advertising

The App displays ads from Google (Google Ads). Ad content and experience are the responsibility of the ad provider. See also the Privacy Policy.

7) Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific results. You use the App at your own risk. We are not liable for data loss, indirect damages, incidental or consequential losses, or lost profits.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the App is limited to the amount you paid (currently the App is free).

10) Governing Law

These Terms may be governed by the laws of your country of residence. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Languages

The App is available in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French. In case of discrepancies, the Portuguese version prevails, unless otherwise required by law.
